Travelled for 5 nights 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 12) in the One Bedroom Suite. If you have ever been to Manhattan you are probably used to small rooms at a cost - not here!!! Our suite had a large comfortable king size bed, a separate room with a decent sofa bed and paid extra for a rollaway bed for our youngest. There were two separate (full) bathrooms, great when travelling with an almost teenage girl. 2 TVs, dining area, fridge and microwave. Joel and John on the front door were amazing helps and really knowledgeable regards the location - which in itself is excellent! What people seem not to like (according to reviews) but didn't bother us... our view was a brick wall (we weren't in the room to look out of the window), 2 lifts that serve entire complex (whilst a pain when you have been waiting and lift is full, however there are also 2 service lifts so utilising both helps.) Property is tired? (maybe a little but nothing major), and the breakfast is "grab and go" (this is a bit rough when kids are having pancakes and/or toasted bagel and cold by the time you get to the room, however it does kind of work - TBH though Id save the money next time - there are more than enough coffee houses/breakfast joints/whole foods etc close by to serve all needs) All in all the greatest review is whether or not someone would stay here again - If travelling with whole family then ABSOLUTELY... If just myself and my wife then maybe - why? No need for a room that size for just the two of us - for the whole family it made for an amazing trip

Our family of 3 traveled to NYC to see our kid perform at Carnegie Hall. First, this hotel is diagonally across from CH making it very convenient for us to go to the concert in a timely manner. It is also centrally located, within an easy walking distance or subway ride away from all the attractions in Manhattan. This is also the only hotel we could find that gave us both a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. This suite gave us the space to meet up with friends and family before/after the concert. The breakfast wasn’t phenomenal but it was decent with fresh bagels, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs every morning. We were also in NYC for the international cuisine so we wanted to keep it light in the morning. Next time we fly out to NYC, we will be staying here again. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location.

Overall this hotel was a great choice for a family with teenagers. The extra bathroom and the proximity to Central Park, Times Square and the subway were great and likely to bring me back to The Manhattan Club. The grab and go breakfast choices satisfied all of the members of my family and the gents working it were delightful. In fact, all the staff we encountered did a great job. I recommended this hotel to a friend who stayed and agreed it is a great option for a NYC stay.

We stayed in a one-bedroom, two-bathroom suite which was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay, including kitchen facilities. All the staff - housekeeping, front desk and on the door - were super-helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was fine and the location is fantastic, close to subway stations and within easy walking distance of Fifth Avenue, Central Park, Times Square and much more.

The room was comfortable, the maid service great. I was glad to have stayed on the 2nd floor as the elevators were a bit slow for the amount of guests so we took the stairs a lot. The location was perfect for the agenda I had planned, and the lobby staff was great. The surrounding area had many options for dinner. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the price was too high for the quality of food.
